We are individuals. Organizations. Companies. Bosses. Mothers. Fathers. Sisters. Brothers.

Together, we are reinventing the integration of work and motherhood.

We believe all of us have the power to change how motherhood and work, work. It starts with believing it can be different. Join the Mother’s Monday community and let’s move forward together.

Mother’s Monday is powered by Path Forward, one of its early supporters and a national non-profit organization that empowers mothers and other caregivers to restart their careers following a break spent focused on caregiving.

As part of this partnership, we’ve launched a fundraising campaign, allowing us to have greater impact as more look to join our movement and collectively work towards constructing social and organizational change.

Gayatri Agnew is committed to ensuring every mom feels valued and seen. Her priority is working together to support families in creative ways.

In addition to being a movement builder and mother, Gayatri works in philanthropy for a Fortune 500 company, serves on the Bentonville City Council and seeks to lift others up whenever possible.

Our Founder

"Redefining work and motherhood is using this unprecedented time to shine a light on the gender imbalance in housework and childcare and bring greater fairness to our partnerships. It means living in a world where an hour holding your child’s hand in the pediatrician’s office is just as valuable to society as an hour in the boardroom. True work-life integration for both women and men means we will no longer have to pretend and hide the fact that we have families, but instead celebrate the value of care and caregiving in all its chaos and glory and invite men to spend their precious hours holding children’s hands too."
